Senior Front End Engineer

What will you contribute?

We are seeking a Senior Front-End Engineer to design and develop customer-facing AI chatbot experiences and modern front-end applications. In this role, you will contribute to complex UI implementations, help shape front-end standards and best practices, and partner closely with Product, UX, and Backend/AI teams to deliver scalable, high-quality conversational experiences.

Responsibilities & Deliverables

• Design and implement customer-facing chatbot UIs and front-end applications using React and Next.js
• Contribute to front-end architecture decisions to support scalability, performance, and long-term maintainability
• Build and evolve reusable component libraries and front-end patterns aligned with UX and branding standards
• Integrate front-end applications with backend APIs and AI/LLM-driven services
• Proactively identify and resolve performance, accessibility, and cross-browser issues
• Support high-quality engineering practices through code reviews, documentation, and technical guidance
• Collaborate with backend engineers, UX designers, Product, and engineering leadership to deliver end-to-end features
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a strong front-end engineering culture
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Extensive experience building complex front‑end applications with React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript
• Strong hands‑on experience with Next.js, including performance optimization and rendering strategies
• Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, responsive design, and front‑end performance best practices
• Proven experience integrating front‑end applications with APIs (REST and/or GraphQL)
• Strong grasp of state management patterns and front‑end architecture
• Experience owning features end‑to‑end in a production environment
• Proficiency with Git/GitHub in a collaborative, team‑based development environment
• Demonstrated interest or experience building AI‑powered, conversational, or real‑time applications
