Senior Director, Energy Project Management
Houston, TX
A global energy and infrastructure leader is entering the U.S. market, and we're helping them build the team that will execute it. This is a ground-floor opportunity to stand up project execution for utility-scale Battery Energy Storage (BESS), Solar PV, and power generation across Texas and the broader U.S.
What you'll own:
- Building the U.S. project execution framework, standards, and teams from the ground up
- Leading delivery across development, permitting, engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning
- Managing EPC contracts, budgets, schedules, risk, and overall project performance
What we're looking for:
- 15+ years delivering utility-scale BESS, Solar PV, or power/energy infrastructure projects
- Hands-on GREENFIELD battery storage (BESS) experience
- Strong EPC execution, contract management, and project controls background
- Texas / ERCOT experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
The details:
- Location: Houston Energy Corridor (in-person)
- Compensation: $200,000–$300,000+++base, bonus, and other incentives.
