Key Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy.
- Month-End Close: Manage closing processes, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
- Compliance: Ensure financial records follow accounting standards and corporate policies.
- Data Analysis: Provide financial insights to management for cost reduction and profitability.
- Audit Support: Coordinate with internal and external auditors during reviews.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Software: Strong proficiency in ERP systems (such as SAP) and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Solid understanding of US GAAP, strong analytical capabilities, and great attention to detail.
