Job Description
Role: SAP S/4 HANA Program Director
- Location: Anywhere in the US (Preferably Chicago/local candidates)
- Travel: ~50% (primarily to Chicago and client locations)
- Employment Type: Full-time with Gyansys (Immediate Requirement)
- Work Authorization: Only EAD / Green Card / US Citizen
Experience Requirement- s12–15+ years of overall SAP experienc
- eCandidate should have started career in SAP (functional/technical) and progressed into Program Director / Program Management role
- sProven experience managing at least 2 large-scale SAP program
- sStrong experience in SAP S/4 HANA transformatio
- nStrong leadership and client-facing experienc
- eExperience handling multi-vendor environments / global team
- sExpertise in program governance, PMO setup, and escalation managemen
- tStrong communication and stakeholder management skill
