Summary:

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of client SAP projects within the ASM framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Develop project objectives, goals, and implementation plans.
• Team Management: Assemble and manage cross-functional teams, including consultants, developers, and technical infrastructure experts.
• Scope Definition: Work with stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, and milestones.
• Budget and Resource Management: Manage project budgets, allocate resources, and monitor progress.
• Risk and Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Timely Delivery: Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Status Reporting: Regularly report project status to relevant stakeholders

Experience:

• Key work is stakeholder management, scope management, schedule management, integration management, quality management.
• Agile Methodology and Scrum Framework: - Proficiency in Agile project management methodologies, including Scrum. Adaptability and responsiveness are essential for successful SAP project delivery.
• SAP Modules ( At least one of the modules FICO/SD/MM/PP): - Experience on one of these SAP modules.
• Change Management: - Implement structured change management processes to handle updates and modifications smoothly. Consider methodologies like ADKAR for effective change management.
• Risk Management: - Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks related to SAP implementations. Proactively manage potential challenges
• Stakeholder Engagement: - Effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders, including business users, technical teams, and executives.
• Project Planning: - Develop clear project objectives, goals, and implementation plans. Ensure alignment with business needs and optimization of processes.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: - Manage project budgets, allocate resources, and monitor financial aspects throughout the project lifecycle.
• Quality Assurance: - Implement QC measures to ensure project deliverables, standards and expectations.
• Financial Management: Monitor project finances and adherence to budget.
• Time Management: Ensure timely project delivery.
• Strategic Thinking: Address operational and strategic aspects of project management.
• Architecture Awareness: Understand SAP architecture and integration.

Qualifications: Overall 15+ years SAP Project Management Experience, with 10+ years developing comprehensive project plans, allocating resources, estimating time and effort required. Possesses leadership and mentorship abilities, guides and inspires the team.

Certifications: PMP, SAP, PMI, ITIL, or other relevant project management credentials are ++

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $164,000 per year

Pay Range Maximum: $263,000 per year

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
