We're Hiring: Quality Engineer – Complaints
Are you passionate about quality engineering and medical devices? Join our team as an Quality Engineer – Complaints and play a key role in investigating product complaints, driving quality improvements, and supporting manufacturing sites to ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate medical device customer complaints and prepare timely investigation reports.
- Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Operations, and Manufacturing teams on product quality issues and CAPA activities.
- Analyze complaint trends to identify recurring issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Interact with customers and field representatives to address product concerns and provide quality updates.
- Support testing, documentation, and special quality improvement projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a STEM field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Quality Engineering or a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience with FDA/QMS requirements is preferred.
- CQE/CRE certification is a plus.
