QA/QC Document Control Specialist

Overview

Our client is hiring a Document Control Specialist to support project teams by organizing and managing quality-related documentation. This role ensures all project documents are accurate, up to date, and compliant with company and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and organize project documents related to quality assurance and quality control
• Track document revisions and maintain version control
• Ensure documents are complete, accurate, and stored correctly
• Distribute documents to the appropriate team members
• Support audits and ensure compliance with quality standards (including ISO)
• Work closely with project teams and QA/QC teams to meet deadlines

Required Skills

• Experience in document control, project coordination, or similar role
• Familiarity with document management systems (e.g., SharePoint, Procore, Aconex)
• Understanding of QA/QC processes and compliance standards
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
