The Project Execution Manager position leads the water & waste project execution teams segment within the Power Systems business.The Project Execution Manager leads Sales Areas Project Execution teams; and works closely with Sales, Channel, Lines of Business, and Global Supply Chain teams, to meet our customers' needs. This position must be in located in a HUB including Nashville, Houston, or Raleigh office locations

What will you do:

This position is accountable for the leadership - including planning, staffing, direction, communication, and performance - of all aspects of order to delivery processes for projects containing Power Systems, Power Products, Industry & Automation, Home & Distribution, Services and other Lines of Business' offers. Executing these processes will support the overall strategic direction of the US Business Operations, Power Systems, and National Sales Force organizations. It requires coordination of multiple resources to maximize the overall efficiency and effectiveness of Schneider Led Project activities..

The individual in this position will put a high priority on driving employee engagement and development, utilizing formalized coaching.

What will make you successful:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, MBA preferred.
• A minimum of 8+ years of experience in a similar position.
• Must be able to manager P&L, budgeting and forecasting of the business
• Required product knowledge includes medium and low voltage electrical distribution and control equipment.
• Experience leading a team
• Extensive Project Management experience
• Proven track record in technical program management and team leadership
• Strong expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities with demonstrated ability to handle complex technical projects
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated success in driving organizational change and process improvements
