Responsibilities

• Manage corporate entities, including formations, maintenance, and record keeping
• Oversee contract lifecycle management, including commercial agreements and real estate leases
• Provide litigation support, including case tracking and document management
• Assist with licensing and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions
• Support intellectual property, advertising, and data privacy matters
• Maintain legal calendars, deadlines, and compliance filings
• Review and process legal invoices and assist with legal operations
• Provide day-to-day support to the General Counsel on a variety of legal initiatives

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of paralegal or related legal experience
• Experience with corporate governance and entity management required
• Exposure to multiple practice areas such as contracts, real estate, litigation, IP, or compliance
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred
