Are you an experienced Litigation Paralegal looking to join a highly respected defense litigation practice handling sophisticated, high-profile cases?

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Toxic Tort Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys through all phases of complex litigation, from case inception through trial. This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging toxic tort, product liability, mass tort, and complex defense matters while collaborating with a team of accomplished legal professionals.

What You'll Do

• Support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation
• Manage and organize large volumes of case records and documents
• Review, analyze, and summarize medical records
• Prepare deposition summaries and document summaries
• Coordinate discovery, document production, and case management activities
• Assist with expert witness materials and trial preparation
• Maintain litigation deadlines and ensure case files remain organized and current
• Conduct legal research and support case strategy development

Qualifications

Required

• 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience
• Experience supporting cases from inception through trial
• Strong discovery, document review, and litigation support experience
• Experience preparing deposition summaries and document summaries
• Medical records review and analysis experience
• Ability to manage multiple active matters and deadlines simultaneously
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Acrobat Professional

• Takes ownership of assigned matters and works independently
• Has experience handling document-intensive litigation
• Can effectively support multiple attorneys and complex caseloads
