Job Description

Introduction:

The Lodge at Natchez Trace is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Director to join our team and provide maintenance and repair services to our community. The Maintenance Director will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including electrical and plumbing repairs, HVAC maintenance, and general upkeep of the community. The successful candidate will have strong problem-solving and communication skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, including electrical and plumbing repairs, HVAC maintenance, and general upkeep of the community
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues with equipment and systems, and make necessary repairs
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance to ensure the facility is in good working condition
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of maintenance and repair activities
  • Communicate effectively with other team members and management to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Director or in a similar role
  • Skilled in a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus
