Our client, a well-established boutique law firm in Philadelphia, is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join its collaborative team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a supportive, team-oriented environment with exposure to both litigation and corporate matters.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys through all phases of litigation
• Prepare and file court documents in state and federal courts
• Assist with document review, factual research, and case management
• Coordinate discovery, organize case files, and track deadlines
• Prepare exhibits and materials for hearings, depositions, and trial
• Perform corporate filings, entity registrations, UCC filings, and corporate searches as needed (training provided)
• Assist with drafting motions, discovery responses, and other legal documents if interested and experienced

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of litigation paralegal experience
• Experience with court filings, document review, and factual research
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with Relativity is a plus
• Construction litigation experience is a plus, but not required
• Confident, proactive, and comfortable working directly with attorneys in a collaborative office environment

Compensation: 60k-70k
