Our Atlanta market is GROWING!

As Legal Sales & Recruiting professional for our direct hire Robert Half Legal division, your responsibilities will include developing and growing a client base and new business opportunities, introducing our services via video, telephone and in-person meetings with new and existing clients to expand the utilization of our services; recruiting, evaluating and placing legal professionals in full-time positions with our clients; delivering outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates; providing consistent communication and career guidance to candidates; participating in industry trade associations to increase our presence within the local legal community.

Qualifications:

• A business-related degree, ideally in legal, finance or accounting. MBA a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in the legal industry and/or successful permanent placement recruiting experience required.
• 2+ years’ experience with Business Development in a Metrics Driven environment. At least one with success in developing new business in a multi‐call, multi‐decision maker environment.
• Prior success marketing to and closing top level decision makers at small/medium sized businesses and cultivating mutually beneficial long-term relationships.
• Successful candidates will have a proven track record of success, excellent communication skills and a high sense of urgency.
• The ability to leverage legal experience to manage and grow the business.
