Our Legal-Litigation department seeks an experienced litigation attorney for our Chicago, Illinois, location.
The pay range for this position is $130,000 - $170,000 annually. Pay is based on the applicant's education, experience, location, knowledge, skills and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.
Be ready to:
- defend litigated cases related to auto liability, premises liability, and insurance civil litigation to a successful conclusion
- provide effective and timely communication and legal advice to clients on legal and factual issues
- partner with claims supervisors to achieve the best results
Be equipped with:
- strong academic and professional credentials
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- the ability to learn and use new software
Bring education and experience from:
- an Illinois law license
- a minimum of five years of litigation and trial experience
- first chair jury trial experience (preferred0
- insurance defense experience (preferred)
