We are seeking a Commercial Counsel with strong contracts experience to support a fast-paced in-house legal team. This attorney will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and managing a wide range of commercial agreements while providing practical legal advice to internal stakeholders across sales, procurement, operations, and leadership teams.

The ideal candidate is a business-minded attorney who can balance legal risk with commercial objectives and operate independently in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilitie

• sDraft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts, including SaaS agreements, vendor agreements, NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, licensing agreements, and procurement contract
• sSupport sales and procurement teams through contract lifecycle management, ensuring timely execution and risk mitigatio
• nAdvise internal stakeholders on contractual rights, obligations, and risk exposur
• eDevelop and maintain contract templates, playbooks, and negotiation guideline
• sIdentify legal and business risks in proposed contract terms and recommend practical solution
• sCollaborate with finance, compliance, and operations teams on deal structure and executio
• nAssist with implementation or optimization of CLM systems (e.g., Ironclad, Conga, DocuSign CLM
• )Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws and internal policie

Qualificatio
