IT Product Manager (Oracle Retail)

JOB TITLE: IT PRODUCT MANAGER

LOCATION: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (HYBRID)

DURATION: 12+ Months contract

Position Description:

• Gather and document business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and process improvements.
• Manage and maintain the product backlog, priorities, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate delivery activities across discovery, development, testing, releases, and production support.
• Partner with engineering, data, QA, operations, finance, merchandising, supply chain, and external vendors to drive solutions and resolve issues.
• Support testing, defect management, release readiness, production stabilization, and root cause analysis.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality, automation, operational efficiency, and business processes.
• Assist with vendor management, system upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing platform support.
• Maintain documentation, controls, audit support materials, and operational reporting.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years in Experience in product management, business analysis, product ownership, retail systems, or a closely related role.
• Experience with inventory, sales audit, invoice matching, accounts payable, receiving, merchandising, or retail financial processes.
• Experience documenting business requirements, workflows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.
• Ability to coordinate work across business and technology teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience working with enterprise retail or financial systems and integrations.
• Ability to work effectively in an agile or structured delivery environment.
• Experience with Oracle Retail, including RMS, ReSA, ReIM, ELC/ALC, or related modules.
• Retail, CPG, or multi-banner experience.

BONUS

• Experience with DSD receiving, transfers, invoice matching, sales audit, inventory accounting, or retail integration processes.
• Experience coordinating with software vendors, system integrators, or application support partners.
• Familiarity with Jira, Aha!, Excel, Power BI, Databricks, or similar product and analytics tools.
• Experience supporting application upgrades, platform stabilization, data-quality improvements, or business-process transformation.
