Investment Banking Associate - Industrials M&A

Location: Houston, TX

We are working with a highly regarded investment banking platform to identify an Investment Banking Associate to join their Industrials team in Houston.

This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the leading Industrial M&A teams in the U.S., with exposure to strong deal flow, meaningful responsibility, and the ability to make a real impact on a lean, execution‑focused team.

Responsibilities:

• Support end‑to‑end execution of sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions
• Build and review financial models, valuations, and transaction analyses
• Prepare pitch materials, confidential information memoranda, management presentations, and buyer outreach materials
• Coordinate due diligence processes and interact closely with senior bankers, clients, and external advisors
• Play an active role across multiple live transactions in a fast‑paced environment
  
  

Qualifications:

• Prior investment banking experience with significant M&A deal exposure
• Background in Industrials and/or Industrial Services is preferred
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
• Based in Houston or willing to relocate
