Job Description
- While this is a remote role, the preferred candidate will reside in the Eastern or Central Time Zone to support business needs.
What You Will Do
- Develop pricing and financing structures for complex customer proposals across more than 15 financing program offerings.
- Manage financing opportunities and progress deals from origination through completion.
- Create and deliver approximately 130 customer financing proposals per month using Salesforce and internal systems.
- Review, process, and maintain documentation for approximately 30 completed financing transactions per month.
- Partner with a Regional Finance Manager to execute regional business plans and support territory objectives.
- Coordinate transaction data, documentation, and approvals across sales representatives, finance leaders, and internal operations teams.
- Educate sales teams on equipment financing and leasing options through training, consultation, and ongoing deal support.
- Build and maintain relationships with sales representatives and business partners across all Stryker business units within an assigned region.
What You Will Need
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Experience supporting sales and commercial teams.
- Experience working with customer proposals, contracts, financial transactions, or related business processes.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or a comparable customer relationship management platform.

- USN: $64,400 - $94,400 USD Annual
- US5: $67,600 - $99,100 USD Annual
- US10: $70,800 - $103,800 USD Annual
- US15: $74,100 - $108,600 USD Annual
- US20: $77,300 - $113,300 USD Annual
- US30: $83,700 - $122,700 USD Annual
