We're seeking a passionate, results-driven Field Service Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for field-based technical talent across North America. This is an opportunity to directly influence business growth by attracting and hiring the people who deliver world-class service to our customers every day.
Your Impact
As a trusted Talent Acquisition Partner, you will serve as the strategic recruiting advisor for field service hiring. You will partner closely with hiring managers, HR, and business leaders to develop talent strategies, build pipelines of hard-to-find technical talent, and deliver exceptional hiring outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Recruit for field-based technical positions including:
- Field Service Engineers
- Transformer Diagnostic Specialists
- Commissioning Engineers
- High Voltage Technicians
- Electrical Engineers
- Service Technicians
- Installation and Maintenance Professionals
- Build proactive talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, market mapping, and competitor targeting.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies focused on service and engineering talent markets.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviewing, assessment, and presentation of qualified talent.
- Lead offer negotiation and candidate closing activities.
- Utilize recruiting technology, analytics, and reporting tools to drive hiring efficiency and improve candidate experience.
- Provide market intelligence, compensation insights, and talent availability trends to business leaders.
- Ensure compliance with recruiting processes, policies, and candidate data privacy requirements.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting for field service, engineering, construction, manufacturing, industrial, utility, energy, electrical, or technical roles.
- Proven success sourcing passive candidates in competitive talent markets.
- Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business leaders.
- Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and offer negotiation skills.
- Experience using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing tools.
- Deliver high-quality hires for critical field service positions.
- Build sustainable talent pipelines for future growth.
- Reduce time-to-fill while maintaining an excellent candidate experience.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers.
- Leverage talent intelligence and market insights to influence workforce decisions.
- Work with one of the world's leading energy technology organizations.
- Support a business with more than 6,500 service professionals globally and a strong commitment to customer success.
- Help build the next generation of field service talent supporting the energy transition.
