Experienced Staff Accountant | Newly Created Opportunity | Growth Potential

Responsibilities:

• Manage day to day accounting activities for a portfolio of entities, ensuring accurate transaction processing and general ledger maintenance.
• Support the month end close process, including preparing journal entries, reconciling balance sheet accounts, and reviewing financial information for accuracy.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and assist with account analysis to ensure the completeness and accuracy of financial reporting.
• Monitor cash balances and support cash management activities across multiple entities.
• Review and track accounts payable and accounts receivable activity, resolving discrepancies and maintaining accurate records.
• Assist with special projects, process improvements, and ad hoc financial reporting as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Multi entity, full cycle accounting experience required.
