  • Participate in hands-on technical training Tuesday through Friday
  • Fly home for the weekend
  • Return to California to complete the second week of training

This training provides the opportunity to learn directly from an established team before transitioning into the new Salt Lake City operation.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Testing sensitive electronic assemblies and printed circuit boards
  • Completing final assembly and inspection of advanced radio communication products
  • Performing system testing and production quality-control testing
  • Using tweezers, screwdrivers, bolt drivers, torque wrenches, and other precision hand tools

  • Have excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Can accurately follow written work instructions and testing procedures
  • Are comfortable completing detailed computer-based documentation
  • Communicate effectively and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team
  • Can manage multiple tasks without sacrificing quality

  • Eligibility for review and advancement after approximately six months at Level 1
  • Multiple entry-level, senior-level, and leadership paths
  • Internal promotion opportunities as the Salt Lake City operation grows

  • Lunch provided three times per week
  • Clean, climate-controlled facility
  • Low-turnover environment
