Role Description The District Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area, responsible for overseeing the operational performance of multiple Club Studio locations. This role manages club-level leaders, ensuring consistent execution of brand standards, operational procedures, and member experience expectations across the district. The District Operations Manager will monitor key performance indicators, analyze financial and operational reports, and implement strategies to drive membership growth, retention, and profitability. Daily activities include conducting site visits, coaching and developing managers, supporting staffing plans, and ensuring compliance with safety, facilities, and service protocols. The role also partners with corporate teams on new club openings, local marketing initiatives, and continuous improvement of processes to maintain a high-performing, community-focused fitness environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and people management skills, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management of multi-site or multi-unit teams.
• Strong operations management abilities, such as scheduling, inventory control, facility oversight, and implementation of standard operating procedures.
• Business and financial acumen, including comfort with budgeting, forecasting, KPI tracking, and data-driven decision-making.
• Customer service and member experience focus, with a track record of building community, resolving issues effectively, and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner across corporate, field, and club teams.
• Experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or a related service industry is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work on-site across multiple locations in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Sports Management, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Proficiency with basic office software and club management or CRM systems; comfort learning new technology tools and reporting platforms.
