Job Description

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a senior leadership or Director-level role, managing a talent acquisition team.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience overseeing recruitment across multiple business units, brands, or subsidiaries simultaneously.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing employer branding strategies across diverse organizations.
  • Strong strategic thinking ability, with a demonstrated capacity to align business growth objectives with effective recruiting strategies.
  • Advanced expertise in modern sourcing methodologies, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent intelligence platforms, and passive candidate engagement techniques.
  • Excellent executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise C-suite executives and senior leadership on talent strategies and market trends.
  • Demonstrated experience managing external search firms and staffing agencies, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance evaluation.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience in recruiting metrics, reporting, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as iCIMS, Workday Recruiting, Greenhouse, or similar platforms.
  • Skilled in negotiation, particularly in managing offer structures and executive-level compensation discussions.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • High emotional intelligence, with the ability to build strong relationships across diverse teams, cultures, and stakeholder groups.
  • In-depth understanding of employment laws related to recruiting, including EEO, OFCCP, ADA, and FCRA compliance.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within financial services, banking, or credit unions; familiarity with regulated environments is advantageous.
  • Experience recruiting licensed financial professionals (e.g., Series 6, 7, 63, 65, or 66), with knowledge of FINRA regulations and licensing processes.
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field.
  • Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
  • SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification.
  • LinkedIn Recruiter Certification.
