That is your mandate.
You will manage the complete admissions pathway for a single campus, spanning initial inquiry to final enrollment. This is not a transition-based position. You hold accountability for the family experience, the clarity with which our model is conveyed, and the integrity of enrollment decisions. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate purposeful dialogue, and advise against admission when circumstances warrant it. The objective is not enrollment maximization. The objective is alignment.
We welcome applicants from high-caliber service backgrounds outside conventional education: independent schools, competitive access programs, elite hospitality, senior executive coordination, exclusive membership platforms, or entrepreneurial operators who have directly stewarded premium client experiences from inception to completion. This is a full-time, salaried, on-site position. We are recruiting in Chicago, Nashville, Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Southlake, and Houston. Relocation assistance is provided.
What You Will Be Doing
- Directing the complete enrollment lifecycle for interested families, beginning with initial outreach and concluding with onboarding.
- Facilitating discovery-oriented discussions to evaluate alignment prior to advancing recommendations or proposing pathways.
- Stewarding 20+ concurrent family engagements across varied enrollment phases, maintaining transparent tracking of progress and follow-up actions.
- Orchestrating campus visits, student shadow days, and decision-stage dialogues that articulate results, standards, and ideal candidate profile with clarity.
- Ensuring precision in CRM and enrollment documentation (HubSpot and SIS) to enable forecasting accuracy, strategic prioritization, and sustained service excellence.
- Deploying transactional enrollment methods or coercive closing techniques.
- Accepting families with poor model fit solely to satisfy quantitative targets.
- Overseeing sizable teams or operating within complex hierarchical structures.
- Fragmenting family experience ownership across multiple functional roles.
- Operating remotely. This position is intentionally campus-resident.
Direct and deliver a high-integrity, selective enrollment process that successfully converts well-matched families while safeguarding the academic standards and operational effectiveness of the Alpha framework.
Basic Requirements
- 3+ years providing elite, tailored service in settings where service excellence directly shapes institutional reputation (education, upscale hospitality, executive-level coordination, premium membership environments, or independently managed service enterprises).
- Proven ownership of a comprehensive client, admissions, or enrollment pathway spanning initial contact through final onboarding.
- Experience concurrently managing 20+ client, guest, or family interactions across multiple stages, supported by systematic tracking and prioritization methods.
- Capacity to furnish specific examples of advisory decision-making, including instances where you recommended against your offering when fit was absent.
- Professional written correspondence experience with C-suite executives, affluent clientele, or discerning stakeholders.
- Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to one of these locations: Chicago, IL, Nashville, TN, Oklahoma City, OK, Tulsa, OK, Southlake, TX, or Houston, TX.
- Authorization to work in the United States without requirement for visa sponsorship.
- Experience in competitive independent school admissions or selective program enrollment processes.
- Professional history in luxury hospitality sectors, VIP concierge services, or executive support capacities.
- Experience designing or optimizing enrollment workflows, standard operating procedures, or service delivery frameworks.
- Proficiency leveraging analytics and CRM intelligence to enhance conversion alignment, not merely velocity.

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
