Kodiak Labor Solutions is seeking a motivated Craft Recruiter to join our team in Houston, TX! If you're passionate about connecting skilled trades professionals with great career opportunities and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Source, recruit, screen, and interview skilled trades candidates for construction, manufacturing, and industrial positions.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified craft professionals.
- Post job openings, search job boards, and utilize social media and networking to attract candidates.
- Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and hiring documentation.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and clients.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in skilled trades, construction, manufacturing, or staffing.
- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with ATS platforms, Microsoft Office, and online recruiting tools.
Preferred
- Experience in staffing or workforce solutions.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
