EY Tunisia hosts a strong Transaction & Corporate Finance (TCF) team, actively involved in M&A and Corporate transactions across Africa, Europe, and the Middle East.

We are hiring Junior Consultants to join our M&A-focused TCF team, supporting clients on acquisitions, disposals, strategic transactions, and investment decisions.

What We Look For:

• Strong academic background in accounting or audit (CES Révision Comptable, Master CCA, ACCA, or equivalent)
• 0–2 years of experience in Transaction Services, M&A, Corporate Finance or Financial Audit
• Solid financial analysis and modeling skills
• Strong interest in M&A, corporate transactions and deal execution
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in English and French is mandatory
• Proactive mindset, strong work ethic, and ability to perform in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment
  
  

Your Role:

As a Junior Consultant, you will be involved in all stages of M&A transactions, including:

• Supporting buy-side and sell-side M&A engagements
• Performing financial analysis of targets, including historical performance and key value drivers
• Participating in due diligence processes and transaction-related analyses
• Contributing to financial modeling (business plans, valuations, scenario analyses)
• Assisting in the preparation of valuation analyses (DCF, multiples, transaction benchmarks)
• Preparing investment memoranda, pitch decks and client presentations
• Working closely with senior team members and international EY teams
