About the Team
You'll join a group that's been together for years — people stay here because they like the work and the people. We move fast, communicate openly, and back each other up. We handle complex, varied books across industries like hospitality, gaming, contracting, and restaurants, so no two days look exactly alike.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary day-to-day service contact for your clients and the key liaison with carriers
- Manage new business and renewals end to end, including marketing submissions to carriers
- Maintain expiration spreadsheets and keep client and policy data accurate in AMS360
- Process endorsements, invoices, and cancellations; review and update activities daily, calling on urgent items promptly
- Document and attach all client materials appropriately in ImageRight
- Provide white-glove, proactive service on complex accounts with high expectations
- Act as backup for your assigned producer(s) and pitch in to support teammates as needed
- Complete reports and special projects as requested by leadership
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of commercial lines experience in the insurance industry
- Active Property & Casualty license
- A proactive, take-initiative approach with strong attention to detail and organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort managing complex accounts, shifting priorities, and the ebb and flow of multiple desks
- A positive, collaborative attitude and a real culture fit for a tight-knit team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with AMS360 and ImageRight is a plus
Compensation & Schedule
- $75,000–$85,000 base salary, depending on experience
- Quarterly bonus opportunity
- Hybrid schedule: in office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday; remote Monday and Friday
- Standard hours, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
