Employment Type: Full Time
Position Overview
The Change Management Specialist – AI and Technology Enablement will be embedded within the change management team and support day-to-day change management execution on complex projects. This role is not a separate technology function; rather, it applies practical technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools to help the change management team improve consistency, visibility, documentation, reporting, and decision-making.
The position will work closely with project teams, Legal, Project Management, Finance, Risk Management, project controls, engineering, document control, field teams, and enterprise support groups to strengthen change identification, documentation, routing, tracking, reporting, and resolution. Key systems may include InEight, Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Platform, external document control and change management platforms, and related project systems.
The role will help translate contract, commercial, and project requirements into practical workflows used by the change management team, including tools for notices, PCO tracking, RFIs, approvals, schedule impacts, documentation requirements, and client deliverables. By embedding technology and AI into the team’s existing processes, this position will support better adoption, compliance, traceability, and overall project performance.
This role offers the opportunity to build deep knowledge of construction change management while working directly with experienced commercial and project teams, modern project systems, and practical technology solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
