Business Intelligence Developer (SSRS / SSIS / SQL Server)
📍 Houston, TX (Hybrid – Must be local)
🕒 Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

👉 Must have hands-on SSRS, SSIS, and SQL Server experience in a production environment.

What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data solutions
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable BI solutions
- Analyze data to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting
- Communicate insights in a clear, business-friendly way
- Support both day-to-day reporting and long-term BI initiatives
What You Bring
- âś… SSRS, SSIS, and SQL Server (required)
- âś… 5+ years of Microsoft SQL Server experience
- âś… 3+ years of SSRS and SSIS development
- âś… 1+ year of Power BI or Tableau
- Strong SQL skills (queries, stored procedures, functions)
- Experience with ETL, data architecture, and reporting frameworks
- Ability to simplify complex data for non-technical audiences
- Detail-oriented, organized, and highly collaborative
