Location: Scottsdale, AZ | Full‑Time, On‑Site

CGS Global is growing quickly and we need a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Construction Recruiter who can move fast, manage high‑volume hiring, and keep multiple job orders filled. If you have construction recruiting experience and thrive in a fast‑paced environment, we want to talk to you immediately.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and hire skilled construction workers across multiple trades
- Post jobs, source candidates, and manage high‑volume pipelines
- Complete onboarding: I‑9s, E‑Verify, compliance documentation
- Support multiple clients and job orders at once
- Screen applicants, answer calls, and maintain accurate records
- Update spreadsheets, logs, and ATS entries
Requirements
- Bilingual REQUIRED: English & Spanish
- Construction recruiting experience highly preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
- Experience with TempWorks or similar ATS systems
- Reliable, organized, and able to work with urgency
