The Role

As an Account Executive at Paramount, you’ll play a key role in driving new business and expanding our footprint within the call center industry. This role is built for a sales-driven individual who can generate and close their own deals, while also playing an active role in client success.

You’ll be responsible for building a book of business through a combination of LinkedIn outreach, phone calls, emails, and in-person networking within your assigned territory. You will own the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—while also ensuring smooth onboarding and account management.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop new business by identifying and engaging call center leaders, decision-makers, and HR teams.
  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach to closing and account onboarding.
  • Leverage multiple sales channels (LinkedIn, cold calls, emails, networking events, and in-person meetings) to build your pipeline.
  • Work closely with our recruiting team to ensure client needs are met with speed and accuracy.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, hiring challenges, and workforce needs to provide consultative solutions.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven sales experience in a fast-paced environment (B2B sales preferred).
  • Staffing industry experience is a plus, not required.
  • Strong ability to prospect and close deals independently—this is a true hunter role.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills—you know how to engage decision-makers and turn conversations into partnerships.
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven—you’re proactive and don’t wait for leads to come to you.
  • Comfortable with tech and AI-driven tools to maximize efficiency in outreach and client management.
