🔎 About the Role
HCLTech is looking for an experienced WebMethods Integration Architect & Developer to design and deliver scalable, high-performance integration solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to implement robust enterprise integration across systems using cutting-edge technologies.
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using webMethods platform
- Work with business stakeholders to gather and translate integration requirements
- Lead architecture and development across:
- Integration Server
- Universal Messaging
- My webMethods Server
- Trading Networks
- API Gateway & MFT
- Develop and manage B2B integrations and partner onboarding
- Build and maintain REST APIs, SOAP services, and OpenAPI specifications
- Perform data transformations:
- EDI ↔ IDOC
- Flat File ↔ IDOC
- Ensure integration reliability and performance using robust testing practices
- Automate and execute test cases using WmTestSuite, Postman, JMeter
🧩 Technical Skills
- Strong experience in webMethods architecture & components
- Expertise in Adapters:
- JDBC
- SAP Adapter
- Protocols: AS2, HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, SFTP
- Hands-on experience with Trading Networks and B2B integrations
- Scripting & Programming:
- JavaScript, TypeScript, Python
- Experience creating Postman scripts & running via Newman
☁️ Cloud & DevOps
- Hands-on with webMethods.io Integration, API Gateway, B2B, Developer Portal
- Exposure to AWS / Azure cloud platforms
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, AWS CDK
- Experience with Lambda / Azure Functions
- Understanding of cloud-based scalable integration design
- Familiarity (or interest) in Informatica Cloud is a plus
✅ Preferred Skills
- Strong problem-solving and architectural thinking
- Experience in enterprise-level system integrations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
