As a Web Platform Frontend Ecosystems Lead, your mission is to own and govern Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) components and templates to ensure they are scalable, consistent, and aligned with business needs, while driving standardization, collaboration and continuous improvements accross multiple teams. You will report to Web Platform Manager.
You will
- Own and manage the lifecycle of Core Components and Editable Templates within Adobe Experience Manager.
- Act as the Product Owner for Core Components and Editable Templates, ensuring alignment with business and platform strategy.
- Define and maintain governance processes, standards, and best practices for the usage and evolution of templates and components.
- Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders across business and technical teams to ensure consistency, scalability, and alignment.
- Organize and facilitate stakeholder groups, working sessions, and decision-making forums related to component and template management.
- Ensure structured ownership and governance to avoid fragmentation, duplication, and inconsistencies across the platform.
- Drive continuous improvement, optimization, and standardization of reusable components and template frameworks.
- Collaborate with development, architecture, UX, and content teams to support scalable and maintainable web platform solutions.
- Monitor adoption, quality, and compliance of Core Components and Editable Templates across the organization.
- Support roadmap planning, prioritization, and delivery of enhancements related to the AEM component and template ecosystem.

- 5+ years of experience in digital product or web platform management (ideally design systems / UX/UI)
- Solid Agile experience; exposure to large-scale, multi-brand web platforms (integration/governance)
- Demonstrated project management experience in web technologies, design systems, and stakeholder collaboration
- Good technical understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, and design system integration
- Experience working with React and related tooling (Bitbucket, YAML, NPM, Rollup, Vite, Webpack)
- Familiarity with Storybook and monorepo tools (NX, Lerna, Turborepo)
- Experience with design systems, front-end frameworks, and UX/UI tools (Figma, Sketch)
- Understanding of frontend ecosystem governance and scalability
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience (Computer Science, Web Development, Product Management)
- Ability to collaborate across teams and support cross-functional initiatives
- User-focused with awareness of business needs
- Ability to communicate technical topics clearly to non-technical audiences
- Collaborative approach with experience working across teams and with external partners
- Proactive mindset with interest in continuous improvement and innovation
- Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Confident communication skills in English (written and spoken), with global collaboration experience
- Willingness to travel occasionally for business needs

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our hub in Prague Czech Republic (CZ),or Pune, India depending on location of the candidate.
