Synechron is seeking a proficient Data Engineer to support the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, efficient data pipelines and enterprise data solutions. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, implement data management strategies, and ensure data quality, security, and availability. The Data Engineer will leverage experience in cloud platforms, big data tools, and modern development practices to enable data-driven decision-making and operational excellence across the organization.

• We are hiring a skilled Python Developer with 5+ years of experience for Pune location.
• Strong proficiency in Python with hands-on experience in FastAPI for building high-performance APIs.
• Experience working with Apache Spark for large-scale data processing and analytics.
• Strong understanding of RESTful services, microservices architecture, and API integrations.
• Hands-on with data handling, ETL processes, and performance optimization.
• Good knowledge of SQL Server for database design, querying, and tuning.
• Exposure to DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
• Experience working with AI-assisted coding tools like GitHub Copilot, Claude, etc.
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to thrive in agile environments.
• Good communication skills with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
