Tele Caller (Legal Recovery)

We are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented Tele Caller Legal Recovery to handle recovery-related communication with customers having overdue or defaulted accounts. The candidate will be responsible for follow-ups on pending dues, legal notices, repayment commitments, and settlement discussions while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers with overdue, delinquent, or defaulted accounts.
• Inform customers regarding pending payments, legal recovery procedures, and settlement options.
• Follow up on legal notices, payment commitments, repayment schedules, and closures.
• Negotiate repayment plans and settlements as per company policies and recovery guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, call outcomes, and recovery status in the system.
• Coordinate with legal teams, collection agencies, and internal departments for recovery activities.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical recovery calling standards.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and recovery targets.
• Handle customer queries professionally and maintain effective communication during recovery processes.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle difficult customer conversations professionally.
• Basic knowledge of recovery and collection processes.
• Strong follow-up and convincing abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data entry systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Fluency in Telugu or Malayalam is mandatory.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in tele calling, collections, recovery, customer service, or BPO can apply.
• Experience in banking, NBFC, financial services, or legal recovery processes will be an added advantage.
