Your responsibilities
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and reduce warranty costs through supplier capability enhancement.
- Conduct supplier process audits and support quality system audit activities.
- Manage supplier development, NPD, corrective actions, and process improvement projects.
- Drive OEM supplier quality, define standards, and lead root cause analysis.
- B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related technical discipline.
- 6 10 years of relevant experience in quality and supplier management.
- Strong experience in supplier quality management within consumer/home appliances.
- Expertise in supplier development, qualification, and performance monitoring.
- Group Mediclaim Insurance, Personal Accident Insurance, Group Term Life Insurance Policy
