We are looking for a skilled IT Analyst to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 9 years of experience and proficiency in Excel, MSWord, Office, Outlook, and the O365 suite.

Roles and Responsibility

• Monitor security events from IDS, SIEM, and other systems.


• Log tickets to the ticketing system and handle user emails regarding incidents/events.


• Perform triage, resolve problems, or escalate to team members as needed.


• Participate in rotating weekly shifts supporting off-hours and weekend activities (24x7).


• Produce ad hoc reports and perform other ad hoc tasks as required.


• Investigate issues and seek technical assistance when necessary.

• Technical skills include knowledge of database languages such as SQL or Python, spreadsheet tools like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, and data visualization software like Tableau.


• Advanced knowledge of specific data analytics areas, processes, data workflows, standards, and business practices.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and maintain applications.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate well with all levels of stakeholders.


• Leadership skills and the ability to work well virtually with team members and clients.


• Ability to work with different points-of-view and lead the team to convergence while keeping project objectives in sight.


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.


• Experience with Firewalls and information security technologies.


• Experience with CERT/CSIRT/CIRT/SOC Certification.


• Understanding of TCP/IP, Ethernet, OSI model, layer 2, and layer 3 concepts.


• Understanding of Windows Registry and File system.


• Hands-on knowledge of Network Packet Analysis using tools.


• Strong understanding of Networking and Operating systems concepts.


• Ability to adapt to and function in a project environment with multiple timetables and changing priorities.


• Ability to learn new concepts and approaches in analyzing security incidents.


• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
