Designation – Sales Executive

Business: NAP Division (uPVC, PVC & WPC)

Location: Kolhapur

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive with expertise in managing influencer relationships, engaging contractors and builders, and handling dealer and distributor networks. The ideal candidate will excel in generating leads, driving sales conversions, and managing both primary and secondary sales. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to perform under pressure while conducting site visits and delivering results.

Key Responsibilities

1 . Channel Management:

  • Build and maintain relationships with dealers and distributors to ensure consistent productavailability and sales growth.
  • Timely collection
  • Network Expansion
  • Influencer Management:
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key influencers in the industry, including contractors and builders, to create awareness among the influencers of our brand.
  • Align the presentation at influencers place to educate their team.
  • Conducting activity like lunch and learn.
  • Managing the leads with architects / Contractors / Builders
  • Secondary Sales Management:

Job Requirements

Align the presentation at influencers place to educate their team. Conducting activity like lunch and learn. Managing the leads with architects/Contractors/Builders 3. Secondary Sales Management : Secondary generation through influencers/Site visits is very essential to drive the sales. 4. Site Visits and Lead Conversion : Conduct site visits to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions. Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to conversion, ensuring customer satisfaction. 5. Customer and Market Engagement : Identify potential customers through market research, cold calling, and networking. Provide insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to enhance sales strategies. 6. Negotiation and Relationship Management : Use excellent negotiation skills to close deals and ensure profitability. Maintain strong professional relationships to secure repeat business and referrals.
