SPECTRAFORCE is Hiring: IT M&A Sr Application Business Analyst
Looking for experienced professionals to join a global Medical Device Manufacturing MNC in Hyderabad.
Experience: 712 Years
Notice Period: 0–30 Days
Role Focus: Application integration & separation across mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
As part of the IT M&A team, you’ll:
Lead endtoend application integration & transition
Define strategies (retain, retire, replace, consolidate)
Drive cutover planning, Day 1 readiness & hypercare
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (Commercial, R&D, Quality, Finance, HR)
Ensure operational continuity in a dynamic, global environment
Ideal candidates bring strong business analysis, project management, and stakeholder coordination skills, with handson experience in application lifecycle, system integration, and enterprise IT landscapes.
