Job Title: Finance Analyst FP&A

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Finance Analyst (FP&A) to support strategic financial planning and drive key decision-making for senior leadership. The role involves budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business partnering to deliver insights that influence business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB) and quarterly forecasting for headcount and operating expenses
• Prepare and deliver quarterly financial reports to stakeholders and leadership
• Compile, analyze, and interpret financial data, trends, and business performance metrics
• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reports to track key KPIs
• Present insights and recommendations to senior management to support decision-making
• Partner with business teams to explain the financial impact of decisions
• Support complex data analysis, data management, and interpretation
• Drive process improvements and implement efficient reporting and analytical solutions
• Contribute to enhancing financial policies, procedures, and best practices
• Develop and maintain integrated financial reporting frameworks
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for financial data and reporting across functions
• Perform ad-hoc analysis, data mining, and reporting initiatives as required
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and IT teams for data solutions
• Ensure knowledge sharing by cross-training team members

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A or a related finance role
• Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, and budgeting
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (financial modeling)
• Hands-on experience with OneStream / Workday Adaptive Planning
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Deep understanding of financial planning cycles and reporting cadence.

Preferred / Good to Have Skills

• Experience with Tableau and/or MicroStrategy
• Background in IT or software industry
• Strong business partnering and relationship management skills
• Self-starter with high energy and ownership mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Comfortable handling tasks beyond defined responsibilities
• Strong logical thinking and ability to solve complex business problems
