Role & responsibilities
Human Resources
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and hiring requirements.
- Maintain employee records, joining formalities, attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
- Assist in implementation of HR policies, employee engagement, and organizational discipline.
- Support payroll coordination, performance review tracking, and employee grievance handling.
- Coordinate employee confirmations, appraisals, and exit formalities.
Administration
- Manage office administration activities and vendor coordination.
- Handle housekeeping, office maintenance, travel bookings, accommodation arrangements, and office assets.
- Coordinate procurement of office supplies and administrative requirements.
- Manage agreements, renewals, AMC tracking, and office utilities.
- Support management team in day-to-day operational coordination.
Compliance & Coordination
- Basic understanding of labour laws, statutory compliances, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate with consultants/vendors for compliance-related activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate or MBA in Human Resources / Administration / Management.
- 3 to 6 years of relevant HR & Admin experience.
- Experience in construction, infrastructure, EPC, real estate, or institutional projects preferred.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good command over MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced execution environment.
