Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure on platforms viz AWS, Azure.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
tools like Terraform, CloudFormation.
- Monitor and maintain cloud systems to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
- Collaborate with Solutioning and Product Engineering teams for optimized and cutting-
edge Cloud Infra deployments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues across cloud environments.
- Optimize cloud infrastructure costs while ensuring performance and scalability.
- Maintain security and compliance in cloud environments, ensuring adherence to best
practices and relevant regulations.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and execution.
- Work with internal teams and external vendors to manage cloud infrastructure upgrades,
patches, and system configurations.
- Track & monitor SLAs for closure of customer tickets
- Open to work in shifts (24*7*365 operation)Role & responsibilities
