- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms including Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X.
- Develop platform-specific strategies aligned with client objectives and campaign goals.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including setup, targeting, budgeting, and performance optimization.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns to improve KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and audience segments.
- Ensure efficient budget allocation to maximize ROI, stakeholder & partnership management.
- Drive brand partnerships and collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with media publications and platform partners for campaign amplification.
- Act as a key point of contact for campaign-related communication.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using relevant tools and dashboards.
- Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to improve ongoing and future campaigns.
- Present reports and performance updates to internal teams and clients.
- 2 4 years of experience in paid media/performance marketing (Digital marketing or PR agency preferred)
- Hands-on experience with:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- X (Twitter) Ads
- Strong understanding of paid media channels and social media ecosystems.
- Proven ability to manage campaigns end-to-end from planning to execution and reporting.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
