  • MarketStar is looking for an experienced Program Manager to launch and manage client customer success programs to represent our client as they continue their successful expansion into the US market mainly the Northam & the Canadian market.   • As the Program Manager, you ll demonstrate an exceptional ability to execute processes, programs, and tools that drive the continued success of customers while enabling scale, providing professional development for the team and building a world-class Customer Success function. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of leading teams that delight customers, improve brand loyalty and accelerate revenue within a rapidly growing business.

  • Your responsibility will be to create winning campaigns and outreach strategies, and qualify potential clients with the latest qualification methodologies to showcase how our client can transform their business to ultimately create sale qualified opportunities to drive value for internal Google stakeholders. This role will cover the UK Enterprise markets with a broad range of industries, with potential to expand to cover other regions.

What will you do

  • Collaboratively work with client and internal teams to drive success outcomes with an assigned customer base
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, provide timely feedback and implement strategic recommendations to optimize program processes and performance
  • Enable the team to identify opportunities to expand revenue in accounts through cross-sell and up-sell
  • Improve the customer experience and future lifetime value through successful customer onboarding, product adoption and customer enablement
  • Drive new business growth through greater customer advocacy and reference-ability
  • Create a review cadence to ensure program effectiveness by owning, monitoring and managing performance metrics for the team
  • Maximize productivity of team members through proactive performance management, coaching, development and mentoring
  • Enhance effectiveness and efficiency through the right orchestration of human and tech engagement
  • Work with the team in creating winning outreach strategies focused on current market trends, solutions and pain points
  • Build strategies to contact potential clients through calls, emails and LinkedIn with the power of the Google brand behind you
  • Must have experience handling enterprise clients that align with Google Chrome Enterprise Solutions.
  • Explore new business opportunities within certain target industries and personas
  • Create lasting and beneficial relationships with Google stakeholders
  • Present product value to potential clients
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate solutions
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Provide market insights and present value additions to the clients
  • Work with the team in setting up calls, meetings and demo calls between (prospective) clients and enterprise sales team
  • Achieve daily, weekly and monthly KPIs
  • Achieve established sales goals and objectives
  • Create, present and execute campaigns to the market while reporting back on results to internal stakeholders
  • Learn and maintain a current, comprehensive knowledge of client s products and services
  • Champion our success stories and share with targeted companies in interesting industries and territories.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Sales and Marketing/Business Development/International Business/Strategic Management/Operations Management.
  • Preferred MBA in Sales and Marketing, MBA in Business Development, MBA in International Business, MBA in Strategic Management, MBA in Operations Management etc
  • Minimum 5+ years of B2B SaaS Sales in the US region is mandatory.
  • Customer success or account management experience
  • 8+ years of leadership experience
  • Self-driven, collaborative, and motivated to excel in achieving team results
  • Ability to lead and manage in a virtual team environment
  • Strong empathy for customers AND passion for revenue and growth
  • Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and process-oriented mindset
  • Enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire others
  • Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, time management, decision-making, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Tech savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office, and sales/customer success technology.
