Experience: 3+ years

Immediate joiners preferred
- Strong understanding of Android fundamentals (lifecycle, activities, services) with bonus experience in building or contributing to Android SDKs/libraries
- Basic knowledge of app startup optimization, performance monitoring, and profiling using Android tools
- Good grasp of React Native fundamentals (components, hooks, state management)
- Familiarity with integrating React Native with native modules
- Curious mindset with an interest in exploring Android internals and React Native source code for deeper debugging
- Willingness to learn iOS basics and understand cross-platform mobile behaviour
- Good understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), APIs, and version control (Git)
- Strong willingness to learn, improve continuously, and adapt to new technologies
- Experience with bridging in react native is a plus
