Week Off: 1 Rotational Off
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and audit customer interaction calls to ensure adherence to quality standards
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to improve team performance
- Ensure compliance with organizational processes and operational guidelines
- Identify process gaps and recommend quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain audit records, reports, and quality scorecards accurately
- Collaborate with operations teams to drive continuous improvement
Eligibility Criteria
- Prior experience in a Quality Analyst / Quality Assurance profile
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Experience in call auditing and feedback management preferred
- Ability to maintain high quality standards and process compliance
- Proficiency in reporting and performance evaluation will be an added advantage
