Job Description:
- Charting out a roll-out plan of the BancaWon program for the branches assigned, responsible for launch and scale up
- Creating program visibility on the field. Good knowledge of MS office ie. Excel | Power point etc.
- Excellent MS office & Good communication skill with bit sales background
- Managing escalations, resolving ground level issues, regular reviews with field teams along with FLs / CSM / TM / RHs / ZHs, interaction and coordination with senior stakeholders
- Travel to mapped locations and drive targets under BancaWon program, capturing field feedback, coordinating and interacting with FLS, reviewing low performing FLS / branches and charting out improvement plans
- Schedule regular reviews with sales leadership where markets not meeting benchmark
- Coordination with the Central team for implementing & driving initiatives under BancaWon
- Regular MIS updates to be managed, managing tech related issues, arranging collaterals, Banca booster payout management
- Rigorous tracking of the performance of the branches through data analysis
- Ensure defined procedures / processes are followed to maintain compliant sales
- Achieve targets on key business levers like SMP adherence |IRDA certification | Productivity | Inactive SP Activation. Regular interaction with dotted line leadership to facilitate business
Required Skill-set:
- Post-graduate (MBA preferred)
- Experience required: 3-5 yrs post MBA
- Comfortable with travelling
- Excellent hands-on: Microsoft Excel (Advanced), Microsoft Power Point or any additional analytical tools will be added adavnatge
- Excellent communication skills (well versed with Regional language and locality.)
