Program Manager

Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences Sector Position Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Program Manager with Scrum Master expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between clients and internal teams, managing project delivery, facilitating Agile practices, and ensuring timely execution of tasks. Experience in healthcare and pharmaceutical domains is a strong advantage. Mandatory Skill Sets Act as the main point of contact for clients to discuss project status and risks. Manage and prioritize project tasks and workflows to ensure on-time delivery. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove impediments and optimize team performance. Monitor project progress and produce detailed status reports, risk assessments, and project metrics for stakeholders. Communicate effectively with clients on project milestones, risks, and resolutions to maintain transparency. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team to enhance Agile maturity and project delivery. Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. Education & Experience

B.Tech/B.E. preferred 3 to 5 years of relevant program management experience Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is a plus Experience with pharmaceutical or healthcare projects is highly desirable Key Responsibilities Act as Program Manager and Scrum Master, overseeing project lifecycles from inception to delivery Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Scrum principles Interact regularly with clients to discuss project tickets, risks, status updates, and gather feedback Coordinate with internal teams to assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion Generate, analyze, and share reports on project progress, risks, and outcomes with clients Identify and manage project risks, proposing mitigation strategies
