Key Responsibilities: -

Business Setup Identifying and establishingDealership, empanelment, management monitoring

Conceptualisation of New schemes Preparationof Product Notes, Presentations, liaising with partners, IT developments,implementation of products within desired timelines.

Achievement of Business Targets (Sales +Collections) for Two-Wheeler and any other wheeled products that the companymay enter into proper planning of targets for the month year,publishing of relevant MISs, ensuring income expenditure according tobudget.

To manage the PL of the 2W product andensuring adherence to the budgeted ROA.

Regular Product Health check and identifying thedrivers and draggers for smooth and sustained Business growth.

To develop special products programs basedon market requirements in close co-ordination with Sales Team. This will be atPan India level, with Regional flavours as required

End-to-end co-ordination with the teams, CreditTeams, Operation Teams, Product Teams for sourcing of leads, improvement ofexisting processes, disbursements, customer approvals, clearing ofdiscrepancies.

To identify process gaps and suggest newprocesses / process changes enablers. To suggest best solution forbusinesses

Work Experience: 12- 14 Years of relevant industry experience

Primary Skill:

Two-Wheeler Product knowledge

Expert in Excel PowerPoint

Good Knowledge of Customer Acquisition systemsProcess design

Good analytical skills

Ability to handle diffuse stress and havegood judgement
