We are looking for a skilled Technical Lead with 10 to 15 years of experience in the IT Services & Consulting industry. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Progress OpenEdge / 4GL, Oracle PL/SQL, PowerBuilder, .NET / C#, and Web Services (SOAP & REST APIs).
Roles and Responsibility
- Own end-to-end architecture across legacy and modern systems.
- Lead design decisions for enhancements, integrations, and modernization.
- Ensure system stability, performance, and scalability.
- Act as final authority on technical decisions and handle production incidents and escalations.
- Provide clear and structured updates to stakeholders and clients.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions.
Job Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Progress OpenEdge / 4GL, Oracle PL/SQL, PowerBuilder, .NET / C#, and Web Services (SOAP & REST APIs).
- Advanced knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL, including complex queries, procedures, and performance tuning.
- Deep understanding of legacy application flow and ability to build/modern components using .NET-based technologies.
- Experience in designing and integrating Web Services (SOAP & REST APIs) and handling critical deliverables.
- Ability to lead a team of developers, assign work based on skill and criticality, and mentor team members on both legacy and modern technologies.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with business, product owners, and clients.
